Chad Ehrnsberger – General Manager
Chad is a 1996 graduate of Kalida High School. He holds multiple degrees from UCF and Ohio State University where he spent time playing, at both, in their baseball programs. After a four time All American college career, he went on to play professionally for nine seasons. When he is not helping area residents with their roofing needs, Chad is Head Coach for both Kalida High School-Varsity Baseball and for the Lima Locos.
Chad joined the Schroeder Roofing family, in September 2023, as a Sales Representative. He has been a leader in Sales, and a great asset to the team already.
With three young boys (Conner 1st Grade, twins Carter and Caden in Preschool), Chad enjoys spending his weekends being a dad and going on adventures. He and his boys reside in Kalida, with the memory of their wife/mother, Courtney, who passed away from Breast Cancer in December 2021 at the age of 28.
Bethany Schwertner - Office Manager
Bethany serves as the Office Manager at Flag City Roofing, where she ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a professional background that spans both healthcare and administrative leadership, she brings a rare combination of empathy, structure, and energy to the team. Since joining Flag City Roofing in March, she has quickly become an integral part of the office, known for her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
In addition to her role at Flag City Roofing, she continues to work as a dedicated nurse – further reflecting her deep passion for helping others. Her ability to balance both professions speaks to her strong work ethic and adaptability.
Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle and is a proud mother to two teenage daughters, Alexis and Lilly. A lifelong sports fan (with a particular allegiance to Notre Dame), a former softball player, and a country music enthusiast, she’s always up for a good road trip or a new adventure. Her enthusiasm for life, both in and out of the office, makes her a valued member of the Flag City Roofing family.
Nick Maag - Sales Representative
Nick Maag is a dedicated Sales Representative at Flag City Roofing, bringing years of experience in sales and marketing to help homeowners and businesses.
A graduate of Kalida High School and Wright State University, Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Since college, he has built a career centered around strong customer relationships, exceptional service, and a commitment to helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.
As a proud resident of Findlay, Nick values being part of the local community and takes pride in serving his neighbors with professionalism and integrity. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children or hitting the golf course. Whether assisting clients with their roofing projects or building lasting connections, Nick is always eager to lend his expertise.
